Dental sleep medicine

This webinar examines the links between bruxism, obstructive sleep apnoea and temporomandibular disorders. You'll also learn about the potential for occlusal changes with oral appliances for snoring and sleep apnoea.

Join dental sleep medicine experts Ramesh Balasubramaniam and Harry Ball for an in-depth look at key aspects of dental sleep medicine.

Dr Balasubramaniam will set out the evidence for the links between bruxism, obstructive sleep apnoea and temporomandibular disorders, and the inter-relationships between these conditions. He will also cover the methods for screening for and managing these disorders.

Dr Ball will provide an overview of the evidence for occlusal changes following oral appliance therapy and who may be most at risk. His presentation will include strategies for prevention, assessment, monitoring and management of occlusal changes.
