 Aims: 

  1. Promote research collaboration and clinical practice in chronobiology including circadian physiology and its influence on the sleep-wake cycle, symptomology of circadian disruption, and the diagnosis and treatment of circadian rhythm sleep disorders.
  2. Provide expertise to colleagues and the general public on biological rhythms as they relate to sleep and waking alertness for the identification, management and prevention of circadian disruption.
  3. Contribute to the organisation of Annual Scientific Meetings of the Australasian Sleep Association.
