About the webinar: During adolescence, there are significant changes in sleep, driven by physiological, psychological and psychosocial factors. The subsequent impact is frequent sleep loss and consequential effects on daytime functioning. This webinar will firstly present a review of what is known about adolescent sleep and then present new data from recent studies in adolescent sleep, media usage, sleep debt and depression.
